The Haven Story

COVID-19 caused a paradigm shift in how employers think about  employee health and productivity. And the transition to hybrid work led to an enormous amount of uncertainty and unknown. Haven identified a unique opportunity to help employers reduce employee turnover, improve productivity and improve employee experiences in the new era of hybrid work.

Haven transforms disparate datasets into effective recommendations by combining human expertise and artificial intelligence. These insights are powered by machine learning and statistical techniques, which can help HR teams extract complex patterns from the data and highlight intervention strategies that will maximize employee's health and wellbeing.

Our approach is objectively quantified and evaluated based on expert-derived metrics and intuitive, interpretable criteria.
